Premium Imports Ltd, trading as Monin NZ, are the New Zealand importers for Monin and Ghirardelli.
is a brand we have a long-held passion for as we have used it for
over 12 years in our own cafes. We became the importers in 2001
and, through popular demand for the product, have grown the business
substantially. We are now the leading syrup importer in New Zealand
for range and quality. Initially the understanding in the marketplace
was that syrups are used only to flavour coffees, but this application
only makes up 10% of our sales. It's now become widely known that
Monin can be used anywhere in the kitchen, bar or café.
chocolate is a new product we are importing in early 2005. It's
the world's premium brand of chocolate. We will offer the ground
chocolate powder for hot chocolates and various other items suitable
for cafes and restaurants.
Our team consists of Simon Hantler (MD), Vita Kneale (Sales), Camille Pape (Marketing), Karina Nielsen (Administrator), and Cassandra Opie (Sales).
