Basic Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 30ml Monin Syrup
  • Milk
  • Ice

Method

Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Syrup to a 300ml glass, top up with chilled milk and stir well before serving.
Best served with stirrer straw.

Cheat's Mojito

Ingredients

  • 20-30ml Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
  • 60ml White Rum
  • 2 lime wedges
  • Soda water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Method

Muddle lime wedges and Monin Mojito Syrup with a little mint in a boston glass, add to an "old fashioned" glass with ice. Pour Rum over mixture and top with soda, garnish with a few mint leaves.

Hershey

Ingredients

  • 30ml 42BELOW feijoa Vodka
  • 30ml chocolate liqueur
  • 30ml Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
  • Sugar syrup
  • Garnish with a piece of chocolate and sugar rim

Method

Muddle all ingredients together, shake well and serve. Garnish with a piece of chocolate and sugar rim.

Honey Bear

Ingredients

  • 2 shots 42BELOW Manuka Honey
  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges
  • 20ml Mojito Mint Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angustura bitters
  • 4 shots Ginger Beer

Method

Muddle lime, 42BELOW Manuka Honey & Monin Mojito Mint Syrup in a shaker. Shake & pour into a tall ice filled glass. Top with Ginger Beer.

Melon & Pawpaw In Ginger Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 honeydew melon, peeled
  • 1 small pawpaw, peeled
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp Monin Mojito (Mint) Syrup
  • 1/4 water

Method

Place water ginger & Monin Mojito Syrup into a saucepan over a low heat. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, then strain & allow the Syrup to cool.
Cut melon & pawpaw into wedges. Place onto serving plate & spoon syrup over. Sprinkle with shredded mint & serve with a dollop of yoghurt. Serves 4.
