Baked Berry Custard

Ingredients

  • 500g of seasonal berries
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 300g sour Cream
  • 60ml Monin Syrup berry of your choice

Method

Place berries in a bowl and coat with cornflour. Divide berries equally into heatproof ramekins.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour mixture over berries.
Place ramekin in a large baking dish. Pour enough boiling water to come half way up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake at 170C for 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
Can be served hot of chilled

Basic French Soda

Ingredients

  • 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
  • Soda
  • Ice

Method

Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a 400ml glass, top up with chilled soda & ice and stir well before serving.
Best served with stirrer straw.

Great flavours to try: Strawberry, Mango, Lime, Passionfruit, Cherry, Kiwifruit, Pineapple, Peach, Blackcurrant, Watermelon, Elderberry... limited only by your imagination!

Basic French Soda

Ingredients

  • 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
  • Soda
  • Ice

Method

Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a 400ml glass, top up with chilled soda & ice and stir well before serving.
Best served with stirrer straw.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Water, chilled

Method

Add your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a glass of ice and a little water then blend to slushy consistency.

(For Granita Machines use 1 bottle to 4 litres water)
