42 Caipirosca

Ingredients

2 shots 42BELOW Pure Vodka
10ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup
1 lime, cut into wedges

Method

Muddle the lime & Monin Cane Sugar Syrup with 42BELOW Pure in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake together & pour all contents into a tall glass.

Ingredients

45ml 42BELOW Feijoa Vodka
90ml guava nectar
15ml fresh lime
15ml passionfruit puree
15ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup
15ml pomegranate molasses
15ml POM blueberry and pomegranate juice
2 whole kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
2 paw-paw (papaya) spears
Lemonade
Champagne to top
Slice of kiwifruit to garnish

Method

In a mixing glass, muddle kiwi and papaya spears to a fine paste. Add sugar, Vodka, lime and guava juices, with the passionfruit syrup. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Highball glass. Top with lemonade and Champagne and garnish with a slice of kiwifruit.

Berry Bramble

Ingredients

30ml South
6 wedges of lime
8 raspberries
Dash of Monin Sugar Cane Syrup
Dash of Monin Creme de Mure Liqueur

Method

Muddle lime and raspberries together. Add the rest of ingredients. Shake and serve.

Flavoured Cream

Ingredients

20ml of any Monin Syrup
100ml liquid cream

Method

Add 20ml of any Monin Syrup per 100ml of liquid cream and whipped to desired consistency.

Can be used in cream guns too.

Granny Appletin

Ingredients

1/4 granny smith apple
3 lime wedges
30ml Monin Green Apple Liqueur
30ml Green Apple Syrup
45ml 42BELOW Vodka
15ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur
15ml Monin Sugar Cane Syrup

Method

Muddle, shake and strain all ingredients into a chilled large Martini glass
