Ingredients
- 45ml 42BELOW Feijoa Vodka
- 90ml guava nectar
- 15ml fresh lime
- 15ml passionfruit puree
- 15ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup
- 15ml pomegranate molasses
- 15ml POM blueberry and pomegranate juice
- 2 whole kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 paw-paw (papaya) spears
- Lemonade
- Champagne to top
- Slice of kiwifruit to garnish
Method
In a mixing glass, muddle kiwi and papaya spears to a fine paste. Add sugar, Vodka, lime and guava juices, with the passionfruit syrup. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Highball glass. Top with lemonade and Champagne and garnish with a slice of kiwifruit.
