42 Bartender's Breakfast
Ingredients
- 45ml 42BELOW Manuka Honey Vodka
- 20ml Monin Passionfruit Syrup and kaffir lime reduction
- 10ml white cranberry juice
- 10ml Monin Mango Tea Syrup
- 5ml pomegranate molasses
- 1tsp english marmalade
- Garnish: cinnamon toast, marmalade "caviar", kaffir lime leaves, 20ml chilled espresso, 10ml vanilla-infused 42BELOW, Pure Vodka, 10ml vanilla foam
Method
Begin by serving a thin slice of cinnamon toast topped with marmalade "caviar" on a bed of Kaffir lime leaves. In a mixing glass, stir the marmalade and pomegranate molasses into a fine paste, and add spirits and juices. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass. On the side, shake together the espresso and vanilla-infused Vodka, and strain into a shot glass. Top with a dash of vanilla foam.

Basic Crush
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Water, chilled
Method
Add your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a glass of ice and a little water then blend to slushy consistency.
(For Granita Machines use 1 bottle to 4 litres water)

Basic Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Tea Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Water, chilled
Method
Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Tea Syrup to a large glass, top with ice and water and stir well.
Monin Tea Syrups come in four great flavours: Lemon, Peach, Mango and Raspberry.
There's nothing more refreshing on a hot summers day!

Kiss Below
Ingredients
- Base of glass:
- 10ml sweet and sour sauce
- 10ml passion fruit puree
- 10ml Monin Mango Iced Tea Syrup
- 10ml Apple Schnapps
- Shaker:
- 10ml Southern Comfort Whisky
- 50ml 42BELOW Passionfruit Vodka
- 30ml Ocean Spray cranberry juice
- Float with 42BELOW Passion Fruit Vodka
- Garnish with a lime wheel
Method
Add the first lot of ingredients to a chilled glass then add the remainder to an ice filled shaker. Shake over ice. Strain into awaiting glass.

- Ice cubes

Method
Add Monin Mango Tea Syrup to a large glass, top with ice & water and stir well.
