42 Bramble
Ingredients
- 45ml 42BELOW Feijoa
- 1/2 kiwifruit
- 15ml fruit tea
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 10ml Monin Blackberry Liqueur
- 2 kiwifruit slices
Method
Muddle kiwifruit and sugar syrup. Add the fruit tea, and vodka. Shake well and strain over crushed ice. Bleed Monin Blacberry Liqueur over the top of the drink. Serve in a old fashioned glass. Garnish with 2 slices of kiwifruit.

Berry Bramble
Ingredients
- 30ml South
- 6 wedges of lime
- 8 raspberries
- Dash of Monin Sugar Cane Syrup
- Dash of Monin Creme de Mure Liqueur
Method
Muddle lime and raspberries together. Add the rest of ingredients. Shake and serve.

Berry Martini
Ingredients
- 15mls gomme
- 45mls Absolut vodka
- 15mls Monin Creme de Mure liqueur
- 30mls raspberry puree
- 30mls boysenberry puree
- Ice cubes
- 1-2 fresh berries to garnish (optional)
Method
Put the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled large martini glass.

Berry Meringue Martini
Ingredients
- 40ml 42Below Manuka Honey Vodka
- 25ml Monin Blackberry Liqueur
- 10ml Monin Blueberry Syrup
- 10ml Monin Cranberry Syrup
- 120ml Berry Puree
Method
Add some ice cubes Shake all ingredients well. Serve with the Martini Glass.

Caipirinia Berry
Ingredients
- 15ml Monin Blackberry Liqueur
- 45ml Cachacha
- Fresh lime
- Dash of Monin Raspberry Syrup
Method
Muddle all ingredients together and serve over smashed ice.
