Acapulco
Ingredients
- 30ml Tequila
- 30ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml Dark Rum
- 30ml Monin Coconut Syrup
- 60ml fresh cream
Method
Shake over ice. Serve in a tall iced glass.

After Eight
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- 30ml Monin Creme de Menthe Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml fresh cream
Method
Chill down a Martini glass, add all ingredients to an iced shaker, shake and strain into a chocolate rimmed glass. Garnish with flaked chocolate.

Bahama Mama
Ingredients
- 120ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Monin Coconut Syrup
- 15ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 15ml Dark Rum
- 15ml Overproof Rum
- Fresh Lemon juice
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice then strain into a chilled tumbler, or collins glass filled with ice. Optional, garnish with a strawberry or cherry.

Casse Noisette
Ingredients
- 20ml 42BELOW Vodka
- 20ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml Monin Hazelnut Syrup
- 20ml cream
Method
Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into glass. Top up with cream. Garnish: Cacao powder

Chocolate Monkey
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Dark Creme de Cacao
- 15ml Baileys
- 15ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
- 1/2 banana
- 60ml cream
- Ice
Method
Blend all ingredients together & pour into a tall chilled glass.
