Amaretto Crepe
Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1l milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp Grand-Marnier, Cognac or Rum.
- Some butter
- Monin Amaretto Syrup
Method
In a large bowl, mix the flour and the eggs. Add the salt, the oil and a bit of milk. Whip energetically. Once the mixture is homogeneous, gradually add the rest of the milk. Finally, pour the Grand Marnier or Rum or Cognac. Fry both sides of the crepes with some butter in a pan. Sweet the crepes with Monin Amaretto Syrup
Other suggested flavours: Almond, Caramel, Hazelnut, Macadamia , Vanilla

Banana, toasted coconut & caramel cake
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 1/2 cup flour plain
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup toasted thread coconut
- 1/4 cup Monin Caramel Syrup
- Icing:
- 60g softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Monin Caramel Syrup
Method
Cream butter and sugar, add the rest of ingredients and blend on a low speed until smooth. Pour into a 20cm greased and lined cake tin and bake at 180C for 40 min. Icing: Melt butter in a small pot, add brown sugar and milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes while stirring. Cool, then add Monin Syrup and icing sugar and mix until smooth. Ice when cool. Decorate with toasted thread coconut.

Basic Flavoured Icespresso (iced coffee)
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Coffee Syrup
- 30ml Monin flavoured Syrup
- Ice
- Milk
Method
Fill a 495ml glass with ice, add 3/4 glass milk. Pour this into blender jug. Add Monin Coffee Syrup and your favourite other Monin Syrup flavour to the blender jug.
Blend until smooth, pour into glass and serve.
Great flavours to try: Chocolate (Mocha), Caramel, Vanilla, Choc-Mint & Macadamia.

Basic Icepresso (iced coffee)
Ingredients
- 60ml Monin Coffee Syrup
- Ice
- Milk
Method
Fill a 495ml glass with ice, add 3/4 glass milk and pour this into a blender jug. Add Monin Coffee Syrup to blender jug.
Blend until smooth, pour into glass and serve.
For flavoured Icespresso use 30ml Monin Coffee Syrup and 30ml other Monin Syrup i.e. Chocolate (Mocha), Caramel, Vanilla, Choc-Mint & Macadamia.

Basic Latte
Ingredients
Method
Add 15ml of your favourite Monin flavoured Syrup to the glass/cup before adding the coffee order.
Great flavours to try: Almond, Amaretto, Caramel, Coconut, Hazelnut, Irish, Macadamia, Vanilla & White Chocolate... limited only by your imagination!
