Au Pear

Ingredients

  • 30ml Frangelico
  • 30ml Monin Pear Syrup
  • 60ml Apple juice
  • 5ml Monin Grenadine

Method

Blend with ice & pour into small hurricane glass.
Garnish with pear and strawberry on inside of glass.

Basic French Soda

Ingredients

  • 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
  • Soda
  • Ice

Method

Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a 400ml glass, top up with chilled soda & ice and stir well before serving.
Best served with stirrer straw.

Great flavours to try: Strawberry, Mango, Lime, Passionfruit, Cherry, Kiwifruit, Pineapple, Peach, Blackcurrant, Watermelon, Elderberry... limited only by your imagination!

Basic Monin Shake

Ingredients

  • 40ml Monin Syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice

Method

Pour ingredients in a blender, cover with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour in a tall glass.

Basic Monin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice
  • 40ml Monin Syrup (or 2x 20ml Monin Syrups)
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt

Method

Serving size: 300ml

3/4 fill glass with milk, ice, yoghurt and put into blender. Add Monin Syrup and fruit. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve.

Dark Skies

Ingredients

  • 45ml 42BELOW Vodka Pure
  • 30ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 15ml Monin Blue Curacao Liqueur
  • 15ml Monin Creme de Casis Liqueur
  • Top with Lemonade
  • Dash of Monin Grenadine Syrup

Method

Build over ice in a highball glass, top with Lemonade. Garnish with a dash of Monin Grenadine.
