Basic Latte
Ingredients
Method
Add 15ml of your favourite Monin flavoured Syrup to the glass/cup before adding the coffee order.
Great flavours to try: Almond, Amaretto, Caramel, Coconut, Hazelnut, Irish, Macadamia, Vanilla & White Chocolate... limited only by your imagination!

Basic Milkshake
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Syrup
- Milk
- Ice
Method
Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Syrup to a 300ml glass, top up with chilled milk and stir well before serving. Best served with stirrer straw.

Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 60 truffles cases (25ml capacity)
- 330ml thickened cream
- 45ml Monin Irish Cream Syrup
- 500g milk chocolate chopped
Method
In a large saucepan, bring cream almost to boiling point, then remove from heat. Add Monin Syrup and chocolate and stand for 5 minutes. Then whisk until smooth and melted. Transfer mixture to a dry bowl of an electric mixer and refrigerate for 1h1/2, stirring occasionally or until thick but not set. Using an electric mixer, beat chocolate mixture on high speed until pale in colour or thick (do not overbeat). Spoon mixture immediately into a pipping bag fitted with plain 5-7mm nozzle and piple chocolate into truffles cases until 2/3 full. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Irish Mudslide
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate ice-cream
- 30ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 15ml Monin Irish Syrup
- 15ml Monin Creme de Cacao Liqueur
- 1 tbsp drinking chocolate
- 200ml milk
- 50ml cream
Method
Blend ingredients with ice Serve in a large tall glass.
