Place berries in a bowl and coat with cornflour. Divide berries equally into heatproof ramekins. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over berries. Place ramekin in a large baking dish. Pour enough boiling water to come half way up the sides of the ramekins. Bake at 170C for 30 minutes or until set in the middle. Can be served hot of chilled
Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a 400ml glass, top up with chilled soda & ice and stir well before serving. Best served with stirrer straw.
