Basic French Soda

Ingredients

  • 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
  • Soda
  • Ice

Method

Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a 400ml glass, top up with chilled soda & ice and stir well before serving.
Best served with stirrer straw.

Great flavours to try: Strawberry, Mango, Lime, Passionfruit, Cherry, Kiwifruit, Pineapple, Peach, Blackcurrant, Watermelon, Elderberry... limited only by your imagination!

Cherry & Rose Syrup Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 165g caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 500g pitted cherries (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 60ml Monin Rose Syrup
  • Shortbread biscuits, optional to serve

Method

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Add cherries and stir frequently for 3-4 minutes or until cherries are soft and release some of their juices. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Stir in Monin Rose Syrup into cherry mixture until well combined, then cover and refrigerate until cold.
Freeze cream mixture in an ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
Serve scoops of ice-cream in glasses with shortbread biscuits on the side.

Elderberry Rose Bubbles

Ingredients

  • 10ml Monin Rose Syrup
  • 10ml Monin Elderberry Syrup
  • Your favourite Champagne

Method

Combine into champagne flute and top with bubbles.

Elderberry Rose Martini

Ingredients

  • 15ml Monin Elderberry Syrup
  • 10ml Monin Rose Syrup
  • 15ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur
  • 30ml 42BELOW Vodka
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Method

Shake with ice and strain into martini glass.

Flavoured Cream

Ingredients

  • 20ml of any Monin Syrup
  • 100ml liquid cream

Method

Add 20ml of any Monin Syrup per 100ml of liquid cream and whipped to desired consistency.

Can be used in cream guns too.
