Basic Crush
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Fruit Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Water, chilled
Method
Add your favourite Monin Fruit Syrup to a glass of ice and a little water then blend to slushy consistency.
(For Granita Machines use 1 bottle to 4 litres water)

Basic Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 30ml Monin Tea Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Water, chilled
Method
Add 30ml of your favourite Monin Tea Syrup to a large glass, top with ice and water and stir well.

- 30ml Monin Lemon Tea Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Water, chilled
Method
Add Monin Lemon Tea Syrup to a large glass, top with ice & water and stir well.

Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 30ml 42BELOW Vodka
- 30ml Gin
- 30ml White Rum
- 30ml Tequila
- 30ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
- 30ml Monin Lemon Iced Tea Syrup
- 30ml fresh Lemon juice
Method
Build in a tall glass over ice.
Top with Coca-cola or Soda, try 1/2 and 1/2.

Ingredients

- 40ml Monin Original Lime
- 10ml Monin Iced Tea Syrup
- Water, chilled
- A squeeze of lemon
Method
In a tumbler glass add ice, Monin Original Lime, Monin Iced Tea Syrup, a squeeze of lemon & top up with chilled water.
