Ingredients

  • 15ml Monin Peach Liqueur
  • 5ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
  • Bubbly

Method

To a chilled glass, add the Peach Liqueur and Vanilla Syrup Top with your favourite bubbly

Elderflower Collins

Ingredients

  • 45ml South Gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10ml Monin Elderflower Syrup
  • Soda Water
  • wedge of lemon
  • a dash of Monin Peach Liqueur

Method

Build in a tall glass: South Gin, Monin Elderflower Syrup and lemon juice then fill with ice, top with soda water and stir.
Garnish with lemon wegde and a dash of Monin Peach Liqueur.

  • 10ml Marie Brizard coconut liqueur
  • 10ml Monin Grenadine
  • 10ml Pineapple juice

Method

Shake and strain

Harlem Nights

Ingredients

  • 90ml Tequila
  • 90ml Coconut rum liqueur
  • 60ml Monin Coffee Liqueur
  • 15ml Monin Peach Liqueur
  • 30ml Pineapple juice
  • Orange wheel
  • Marashino cherry

Method

In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, rum, coffee liqueur, and pineapple juice.
Top with ice, cover, and shake vigorously.
Strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
Top with peach schnapps and garnish with the cherry and the orange wheel

International Passion

Ingredients

  • 30ml 42BELOW Passionfruit Vodka
  • 15ml 42BELOW Pure Vodka
  • 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 5ml Monin Mango Syrup
  • 5ml Monin Peach Liqueur
  • 1/2 a ruby red grapefruit, muddled
  • 1/2 a kiwifruit, peeled and diced
  • 2 lychees
  • Mint tip to garnish
  • Kiwifruit slice to garnish

Method

In a mixing glass, muddle together the lychees, grapefruit and kiwifruit. Add the Syrups and vodka with the Monin Liqueur. Shake effervescently and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of kiwifruit, spiked with a mint tip.
