Ingredients

60ml Vodka
30ml Monin Raspberry Liqueur
15ml Monin Blue Curacao Liqueur

Method

Chill down a cocktail glass
Shake and strain
Pour into the glass and serve

Charlie and Berry

Ingredients

30ml Monin Raspberry Liqueur
30ml 42BELOW Passionfruit Vodka
30ml Charlies Berry Smoothy
15ml lemon juice
10ml Monin Cassis Syrup
Ice

Method

Put all ingredients into shaker. Shake and strain into Martini glass.

Ingredients

15ml Monin Creme de Cassis
15ml Monin Blackberry Liqueur
15ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
1/4 C Frozen mixed berries
90ml cream
a few cubes of ice

Method

Blend and serve in a tall glass.
Garnish with a black berry

Framboise Party

Ingredients

30ml Monin Raspberry Liqueur
30ml 42Below Vodka
15ml Monin Raspberry Syrup
200ml pineapple juice

Method

Build in a tall glass over ice
Drizzle in Monin Raspberry Syrup last.

Framboise Sour

Ingredients

30ml Vodka
30ml Monin Raspberry Liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Lime juice
15 – 20ml Monin Sugar Syrup
Dash of egg white

Method

Build in a cocktail shaker, shake and pour into a sugar rimmed glass. Beautiful, sitting in our lovely courtyard, sipping a Framboise Sour, watching the sunset, that’s the way to spend a Friday!
