Ingredients
- 30ml Vodka
- 30ml Monin Strawberry Liqueur
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- 10ml Monin Almond syrup
Method
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with strawberry

Dirty Pretty Things
Ingredients
- 45mls Bombay Gin
- 15mls Monin Strawberry Liqueur
- 15mls Monin Rose Syrup
- 15mls lemon juice
- 4-5 strawberries
- 4-5 basil Leaves
- A dash of soda
Method
Muddle strawberries and basil, add the rest of ingredients, shake, strain over ice, top with soda. Garnish with skewered basil leaf.

Fraise a la Creme
Ingredients
- 30ml 42BELOW Vodka
- 30ml Monin Strawberry Liqueur
- 30ml fresh cream
- 15ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
Method
Chill down Martini glass.
Shake over ice: Strawberry Liqueur, cream and Vodka. Strain into awaiting glass. Drizzle Monin Strawberry Syrup into bottom. Garnish with a Strawberry slice.

Hana Kagari
Ingredients
- 45ml plum wine
- 30ml Monin Strawberry Liqueur
- 20ml lemon juice
- Tonic
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, add ingredients and top with Tonic.

Mirage
Ingredients
- 30ml Midori
- 30ml Monin Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 ginger beer
- Juice of fresh lime juice
- 15ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
- 30ml 42BELOW Vodka
- Mint sprigs (optional)
Method
Pour the first three ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass in the following order: lime juice, Midori, ginger beer. Do not stir, keep the ingredients separated. In a mixing glass with ice add the remaining ingredients: Vodka, Monin Strawberry Liqueur, and Monin Strawberry Syrup, and mix well. Carefully strain over the back of a barspoon over the highball glass so that the mixture floats on top of the ingredients in the highball glass. Do not stir. Garnish with mint sprig.
