Bahama Bay
Ingredients
- 30ml Golden Rum
- 15ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Amaretto Syrup
- 30ml Monin Coconut Syrup
- 15ml Monin Mango Syrup
- 50ml fresh cream
- 1 banana
Method
Blend with ice and serve in tall glass

Chai Chiller
Ingredients
- 45ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur
- 40ml Monin Chai Syrup
- 30ml Triple Sec
- Scoop vanilla ice cream
- Shaved chocolate
- Orange zest
- 1/2 scoop cracked ice
Method
Combine all ingredients (except ice cream) in a shaker. Shake & pour into a chilled Martini glass. Float ice cream on top. Garnish with shaved chocolate & orange zest.

Chai Latte Martini
Ingredients
- 30ml Rum Golden
- 20ml Monin Chai Tea Syrup
- 30ml cream
- 30ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur
Method
Shake above ingredients with ice and strain into Martini glass.

Cherry's Down Below
Ingredients
- 30ml 42BELOW Pure Vodka
- 15ml Monin Cherry Liqueur
- 15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml pineapple juice
- Martini glass rimmed with crushed nuts
- Garnish with a cherry
Method
Chill down a Martini glass. In a cocktail shaker over ice. Dip rim in honey then chopped nuts into awaiting glass rimmed with chopped nuts. Garnish with a cherry.

Dominca
Ingredients
- 15ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur
- 30ml Bacardi
- Dash of Monin Mango Syrup
- Fresh Lime
- Mango juice, chilled
Method
Muddle all ingredients together and top with chilled Mango juice.
