Bombay Sunset
Ingredients
- 30ml Bombay Saphire Gin
- 15ml Lemon Z
- 15ml Monin Pomegranate Syrup
- 10ml Passionfruit Liqueur
Method
Shake well and top with Chi soda.

Flavoured Cream
Ingredients
- 20ml of any Monin Syrup
- 100ml liquid cream
Method
Add 20ml of any Monin Syrup per 100ml of liquid cream and whipped to desired consistency.
Can be used in cream guns too.

Grand Granate
Ingredients
- 10ml Monin Pomegranate Syrup
- 10ml Monin Cranberry Syrup
- 15ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
- 40ml Gin
Method
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously. Serve in a chilled martini glass, add a twist of lime.

Paul Collins
Ingredients
- 50ml Plymouth Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Monin Pomegranate Syrup
- 100ml Soda
- Half Of Pomegranate
- Slice of Pomegranate
Method
Stir all ingredients. Strain into Collin glass. Top up with soda. Garnish with a slice of Pomegranate.

Pink Floyd Fizz
Ingredients
- 45ml South Gin
- 20ml Monin Pomegranate syrup
- 15ml fresh pressed lemon juice
- 1 tspn of castor sugar
- 1/2 egg white
- 1 btl sparking mineral water
- lemongrass to garnish
Method
Shake all ingrediants together in a boston shaker. Strain over ice into a sling glass. Top with sparking mineral water and garnish with a long spear of lemongrass.
