Dessert Cherry Martini
Ingredients
- 45ml Wyborowa Vodka
- 20ml Monin Cassis Liqueur
- 20ml Monin Cherry Liqueur
- 10ml Marachino cherry syrup
- 50ml cream
- 15ml Baileys Liqueur
- Ice
Method
Muddle the marachino cherries. Combine, Vodka, Monin liqueurs, and cherries in a boston shaker. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass. Combine in another boston shaker cream, Baileys and ice. Shake until well whipped. Float ontop of martini glass. Garnish with real chocolate and a cherry at the base of the glass.
