Splendor

Ingredients

• 45ml South Gin
• 15ml Monin Triple Sec Liqueur
• 15ml Monin Blackcurrant (Cassis) Liqueur
• 15ml Monin Kiwifruit Syrup
• 15ml Lemongrass syrup
• Half a kiwifruit
• Half a tamarilo
• Juice of half a lime

Method

Muddle the fruit, then add all remaining ingredients, shake with ice and fine stran into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with tamarilo ear.
